We have an amazing opportunity to join the team at 22 Bishopsgate as a Duty Security Manager! You will be responsible for the eyes and ears of the premises, not only from an evidential perspective but also as a over watch for all potential risks and hazards on site.
For the role, we need someone who is both welcoming and a representative of the 'five-star' feel of the premises and the client we are representing in all interactions, emails or phone calls.
Contract Information:
Salary Per Annum - £46,453
Location - 22 Bishopsgate, London
Hours per week - 42 (on average)
Shift pattern - 4 on, 4 off. Flexibility is required Monday to Sunday, for day and night shifts.
SIA required - Door Supervisor
For this role, we will need you to have experience in a similar role for over 1 year.

Your Time at Work
- Responsible for actively monitoring the health safety and welfare of all employees on site.
- Acting as liaison with the client and emergency services during all incidents.
- Ensuring Front line officers and the Control room team are fully conversant with procedures of the site.
- Conducting staff checks, appraisals, one to one meetings and disciplinary hearings for your team.
- Conducting audits on reporting.
- Daily occurrence logs and Incident report writing when or if necessary.
- To oversee the health, safety and welfare of all visitors and staff within the premises.
- To work in tangent with the other teams following the premises 'One Team' ethos.
- To have awareness of the client's business.
- Key and equipment log management.
- To ensure your team is pro- active and fully manned at all times required.
- Manage the Incident Management platform, ensuring all reports and tasks have been completed.
- Leading all Incidents on site. Taking complete control of all aspects of the incident, until Gold Command has taken over control of the incident.
- Identify and address any training requirements of your team and/or escalate any issues identified to any relevant line managers
- Leading Daily briefings with the security team
- Leading Daily Operations Briefings with the site Operations team.
- Producing Daily Briefings for the site Operations Team.
- As DSM, you will oversee the complete Operational functions of the building and either put in place your own solutions to these issues or escalate any issues to relevant service managers.
- Daily walk around on site to identify any potential hazards or defects, that might impact on Daily Operations of Security of the building.
- Responsible for staff service and uniform standards 24/7. Ensuring there is no drop in standard between.
