We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Operations Manager, to work out of a central Government contract in Westminster!
Annual Salary - £50,000 per annum
Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Hours (per week) - 40
For this position, we are looking for someone with previous Deputy Operations Management or Security Manager experience, who can achieve and maintain high standards in their delivery and consistently meet the customer standards. Due to the nature of the site, confidentiality is a key part of the role and to maintain a good reputation with the client.
Please be aware that this position will require a SC Clearance (set by the Government), so you will be asked questions in regards to this in a telephone interview to ensure you meet the requirements.
Your Time at Work
- Ensure all rotas/schedules are in place to cover the account, as well as event and relief planning.
- Management of the operational budget.
- To establish a thorough understanding of the contractual requirements, conduct assessments and to mitigate risk across the site.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- To liaise with the Operations Manager in regards to specifications of the site and any issues.
- To lead, motivate and develop the team on site.
- KPI reporting and to maintain a high standard.
- To attend client meetings, maintain confidentiality and identify opportunities for growth.
- To ensure payroll is accurate.
- To liaise with the Shift Duty Managers and Senior Security Officers to ensure daily operational activity is maintained at a high standard.
- To be involved in HR issues, recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- To regularly inspect all administrative, health and safety and quality procedures.
