Great opportunity to work as a General Operative for our client's manufacturing operation, assembling, and packaging site in Wellingborough.
Staffline is recruiting General Operatives to work in Wellingborough.
Transport is available from four locations in Peterborough.
Pay rate:
Days - £12.00 per hour
Shift Pattern:
- Day shift Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (during busy periods, the finish time may extend to 6:00 PM; you will be required to agree to stay)
*Please note that on the first shift you will have a 2 hour induction (8am - 6pm)
Break duration:
45 minutes paid
Your Time at Work
As a General Operative at this site, you will be:
- Assembling various types of packaging products, such as boxes and cartons
- Preparing packaging materials
- Packing products according to company standards and customer specifications

Our ideal General Operative will be hardworking, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail. The role requires someone who can stay focused during repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
You must also be a team player, able to communicate effectively in English with colleagues. A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic are essential, with a focus on maintaining high standards and efficiency throughout your shift.
While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
