We have an exciting opportunity to join a corporate site in central London, as a Team Leader with Allied Universal!

It is essential for this position that you already hold a valid Door Supervisor SIA License. We are looking for someone with prior Security Team Leader experience, who shows integrity and professionalism at all times.

You will be working fixed rotational days, afternoon, nights; 7 on (3 days and 4 nights), 3 off and 7 on (4 days and 3 nights) 4 off.

- Days - 7am to 7pm
- Night shift - 7pm to 7am

The rate of pay is £14.21 per hour, approximately £41,493 per annum.

Your Time at Work
- Providing guidance: Ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and offering support and mentorship
- Promoting collaboration: Fostering an environment where team members can work together and share knowledge
- Monitoring progress: Tracking team progress and identifying issues
- Resolving conflicts: Mediating and resolving issues to maintain a positive work environment
- Training new employees: Supporting alongside the Security Manager the onboarding and training of new team members
- Developing reward systems: Motivating employees to be productive
- Communicating with upper management: Determining how to best meet business goals
- Allocating tasks: Assigning tasks based on team members' strengths and weaknesses
- Modeling exemplary behaviors: Setting a good example for team members

Our Perfect Worker
- Our perfect Team Leader will have excellent verbal and written communication.
- IT Skills - Microsoft Office packages and be great at building rapport with clients and staff.
- Experience required (security experience is desirable but not mandatory).
- SIA Door Supervisor License is needed.
