Specialist Aviation Security Agent

We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Aviation Security Agent to join the G4S team, working for a well known-site in Hounslow.

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £14.80 to £17.50 per hour
Hours: 4;30am to 2:30pm or 1pm to 11pm
Shift Pattern: Days or Afternoon

This is a permanent position

Your Time at Work

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of passengers,
staff, and aircraft within our bustling international aviation hub.

- Conduct thorough security screenings of passengers, luggage, and cargo using state-of-the-art
equipment
- Operate X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other security devices with precision and
efficiency
- Monitor CCTV systems to identify potential security threats or suspicious activities
- Implement and enforce aviation security regulations and protocols
- Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies
- Collaborate with various airport departments and external agencies to maintain a secure
environment
- Perform passenger profiling and behavioural analysis to identify potential risks
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed incident reports as required
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest security procedures and
technologies

- Strong people skills, with the ability to engage professionally with passengers from a wide
range of backgrounds
- Solid understanding of threat assessment and passenger profiling techniques
- Ability to travel to reinforce other stations abroad frequently
