Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join the G4S Security team, working on a high-profile Government contract.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work across two prestigious locations, with a high standard of security needing to be met at all times. With a keen eye and a great way with people, you could look forward to an interesting role where no two days are the same with exciting career opportunities.

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £13.48 per hour
Shifts: 42 hours a week, full flexibility required
SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding SIA
Experience Level - 1 year or more in a corporate security role

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer you will be responsible for:

- Greeting staff and visitors
- Controlling access in and out of the building
- Patrolling the premises and ensuring security protocols are being adhered to
- Dealing with disturbances/ issues and security incidents
- Dealing with first aid and incident reporting

Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service. You will need to hold a valid in date SIA licence.
