Day Shift (7:00am - 7:00pm): £13.30 per hour
Night Shift (7:00pm - 7:00am): £13.90 per hour

We're recruiting Hygiene & Waste Operatives to join a busy, modern distribution centre. This is a key role responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and waste management, helping ensure a safe and efficient working environment for everyone on site.

No experience? No problem. Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Your Time at Work

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
- Carrying out scheduled cleaning and hygiene tasks
- Managing waste collection and disposal processes safely and efficiently
- Operating cleaning equipment including scrubber dryers, vacuum cleaners, buffers, and mopping systems
- Replenishing consumable supplies such as soap, hand towels, and toilet rolls
- Completing periodic deep cleaning activities
- Ensuring cleaning equipment is clean, maintained, and stored safely
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and site policies
- Reporting faults, hazards, accidents, and incidents promptly
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive "one team" culture
- Assisting with audit actions and maintaining high site standards

- Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is desirable but not essential
