Nursery Operatives

Great opportunity to work as a Nursery Operative for a leading supermarket chain.

Staffline is recruiting Nursery Operatives in Spalding area. Working inside and outside of greenhouse.

The rate of pay is £12.90 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 4:30pm

Permanent opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Due to location applicants must have their own transport or be local candidates.

Your Time at Work

As a Nursery Operative at this site your duties include working inside and outside. The main work is in Glasshouse with outdoor garden plants.

You will work in plant nurseries, helping to grow, maintain, and prepare plants for sale or distribution. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors or in greenhouse environments and have a passion for horticulture.

Candidates must be physically fit to undertake manual handling tasks, lifting and stacking pots to and from the floor.

It is also important that candidates remain flexible in order to me the demands of the business.

Experience as a Nursery Operative is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
