Warehouse Administrator Night shift

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Administrator Night shift for our client's global third-party logistics provider to key names in the industry.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Administrator Night shift in Crick, (DIRFT - Daventry getaway).

The rate of pay is £16.83 per hour.

This is a full-time role, working nights the hours of work are:
- 10pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in physical inventory audits.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., transport, management, customer services) to resolve customer issues and queries

- Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
