Warehouse Operative/Picker

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's logistics centre for car parts.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Lutterworth.

Recruitment event on 23rd of October, candidates are able to come to site and meet the team, see the warehouse and get better knowledge about the job role!

The rate of pay is £13.13 per hour + Shift allowance paid weekly at £44.37!

Weekly earning £556.44 before NI and tax deduction.

Overtime is available and is paid at time and a half.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- Monday to Wednesday, 12:30pm till 8:30pm
- Thursday and Friday, 12:30pm till 8pm

Due to the shift pattern and no public transport after the end of the shift, you will need your own vehicle.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

- Dispatching/Out sorting/Quality checking of after-sales within the motor industry.
- Handling car parts and delivering a high standard of service to the customer
- picking car parts
- MHE experience (would be an advantage but training will be provided)

Applicants must have good attention to detail, timekeeping skills, and work well with others within various teams throughout the operation. You will be happy to work towards targets and deadlines. Good listening and communication skills would be beneficial.
