We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Labeling Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading company in their industry. What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork.

     

  • Process daily online and retail customer orders.

     

  • Work with retail and online printers, ensuring all labels are printed correctly.

     

  • Operate Robotag machines for labelling.

     

  • Create labels for retail customers and communicate with the relevant account manager.

     

  • Respond to emails from online customers and retail account managers.

     

  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately for the correct dispatch date.

     

  • Maintain accurate records of printed labels and reconcile stock levels.

     

  • Ensure customer online address labels are printed accurately and on time.

     

  • Communicate accurate daily dispatch information to internal and external customers.

     

  • Liaise with the supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.

     

  • Maintain label stock levels for all customers.

     

  • Comply with company rules and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.

     

Working Hours:

  • Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on a Continental shift pattern:
  • Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on.

     

  • Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.

     

  • Repeat Week 1 in Week 3, and Week 2 in Week 4.

     

 

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: £25,759.50 per annum, fortnightly pay.

     

  • Overtime: Paid at 125% of the hourly rate for additional shifts.

  • Holiday Allowance:
  • Continental Shift: 20 days (including bank holidays).

     

  • Monday to Friday Shift: 28 days (including bank holidays).

     

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and email.

     

  • Good numerical and analytical skills.

     

  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines under pressure.

     

  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.

     

  • Understanding of company procedures and work methods.

     

  • Knowledge of customer specifications and quality requirements.

     

  • Awareness of Health & Safety legislation.

     

  • Experience with AS400, Vision, Online Ordering Systems, and Bartender software (preferred but training provided).

     

Additional Requirements:

  • Due to the remote location of the site, candidates must be able to drive to work.

 

Experience:

  • Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
