Great opportunity to work as a General Operative for our client's site - A Horticulture environment, breeder/grower of Roses.
Staffline is recruiting General Operatives in Wolverhampton.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.
Overtime is available and paid at £18.31 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4.30pm
Applicants must have their own transport for this job as it is not accessible by public transport.
Your Time at Work
As a General Operative, your duties include:
- Working mainly in a field using various gardening tools
- Weeding/rooting
- Lifting and loading/unloading vehicles
- De-leafing, pruning, and labelling
Gloves and waterproofs will be provided depending on the department you work in.
Please keep in mind that you might be required to work in a field and walk around in dirt and soil.
Warm clothing must be worn for this job as it is outdoors, so clothing must suit cold, outdoor weather during the winter season.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have the ability to work as part of a team and have good confidence in working towards targets.
A good level of fitness is required to carry out certain tasks.

No previous experience necessary as full training is provided.
