We are currently recruiting a Security Officer to work at a well known site in Wythenshawe, Manchester.

This opportunity will be working at a public facility, so you will be communicating with a wide range of people on a daily basis. So if you are a great communicator and have great customer service, this would be the job for you!


The rate of pay is £11.64 and £12.60ph


This is a full-time position working 42 hours per week.

You will be working at Wythenshaw Forum but also includes working at Wythenshawe Sports Ground every weekend during the football season mainly where cuties include 

Collecting keys and unlocking the site
Helping staff coordinate the Football teams arrival and allocating the correct pitch
General Customer service /  Reception style duties
Car Park monitoring to ensure all access roads remain clear in case emergency services need to attend
Locking and alarming the centre before returning the keys

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer at G4S, you are more than a Security Guard. You'll ensure the safety of our customers' staff, their buildings, and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.


Our Perfect Worker

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.

It would be a benefit to have some security experience and your SIA license, however, it's not essential, as we provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) license training.
