Great opportunity to work as a Freezer Warehouse Operative at our client's busy site in Northampton.

The rate of pay is £13.85 - £25.33 per hour.

First 12 weeks:
Early shift 06:00 - 14:00 - £13.85 per hour, Saturday £14.10 per hour, Sunday £14.35 per hour
Middle shift 14:00- 22:00 - £15.68 per hour, Saturday, £15.93 per hour, Sunday £16.18 per hour.

Overtime is available paid at £20.25- £24.20 per hour for all hours above 160 in any 4-week pay period worked

After 12 weeks:
Early shift 06:00 - 14:00 - £14.60 per hour, Saturday £14.85 per hour, Sunday £15.10 per hour
Middle shift 14:00 - 22:00 - £16.43 per hour, Saturday £16.68 per hour, Sunday £16.93 per hour

Overtime is available paid at £21.38- £25.33 per hour for all hours above 160 in any 4-week pay period worked

This is a full-time role working rotational days and afternoons 5 out of the 7. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm

Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided.

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of a Freezer Warehouse Operative include:

- Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman
- Working to meet customer performance standards
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
- Performing other general warehouse duties as required

Our ideal Freezer Warehouse Operative has a flexible approach to working hours, as weekend work is essential.

Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided.

Punctuality, basic numeracy along a communicative level of English are essential for this role.
