We are seeking Warehouse operatives/MHE Counterbalance Drivers who preferably has valid Counterbalance License or experience to join our team at a new, modern warehouse in the Rugby area. The role offers PM shift, from 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday, with the potential to move to 5 days out of 7 in the future (eg. Tuesday to Saturday).
Pay rates:
- AM shift: £12.38/hour
- PM shift: £12.72/hour
- Overtime is paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours.
- A £150 bonus is paid monthly to all FLT drivers once successfully passed training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, wrapping, and labelling products
- Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
- Checking and confirming loads for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Assisting in all areas of the warehouse as needed to meet daily operational requirements

Your Time at Work
You will be working on PM shift from 2pm till 10pm shift, Monday to Friday (the job is 5 days out of 7, hence shift pattern might change).

Should have good communication skills and be able to carry out manual handling, heavy lifting and willing to be trained on MHE.
