Staffline is recruiting a Business Development Manager in Rugby.

You will join the growing Sales and Marketing Team and ideally have a transport warehousing logistics background - however, that's not a deal breaker - if you are tenacious with a passion for sales and making things happen we want to hear from you.

The rate of pay is £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience plus a bonus/commission.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week and the hours of work are:
- 8:30am to 5pm

Your Time at Work

As a Business Development Manager, your duties include:

- Hitting the ground running - by door-knocking, face-to-face meetings, and networking
- Using your phone skills to connect, get interest,t and schedule meetings that will lead to new business opportunities
- Making deals happen - turn conversations into contracts
- Building relationships and filling your pipeline - ideally with new opportunities each and every week
- Being a team player working with the rest of your team to contribute to overall business targets and growth strategies
