Staffline is recruiting for a Site Administrator in Doncaster.
The rate of pay is £12.10 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
Your Time at Work
As a Site Administrator, your duties include:
- Monitoring and managing site consumables, placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials
- Raising purchase orders
- Reconciling accounts payable invoices
- Liaise with suppliers and manage queries
- Processing the weekly agency payroll, including reconciliation on rates, hours, and manager approvals
- Analysis of labour hours explaining key variances
- Month-end support as required with the opportunity to gain exposure to basic accounting principles
- Preparing and raising customer invoices
- General site ordering
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the operation and finance team

Technical skills:
- Proficient in IT including MS Excel / Office
- Desirable - SAP experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in a similar environment, ideally warehousing
- Undertaken similar roles
- Self-starter - able to manage the regular deliverables with the ad hoc and to identify where to invest more time for a better outcome - without requiring step-by-step guidance
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
