Staffline is recruiting for Admin Operatives in Holbeach.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £12.49 per hour
- Nights £15.61 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 7pm
- 7pm to 7am

Training is provided at the Alconbury site, work is at the Holbeach site.

Your Time at Work

As a Despatch Admin, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring transport for customers is booked correctly and on time
- Dealing with despatch paperwork on vehicles, in a timely manner dealing with calls from haulers and relevant parties of any issues
- Dealing with paperwork, creating shipments for loads due in, and putting them on the booking screen.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.
- Work in collaboration and cross-functionally across all operations through the supply chain, commercial, and departments.
- Ensuring Health and safety is followed and adhered to.
- Booking transport via Excel and website portals for the main site as well as 3rd party.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be trustworthy, able to work unsupervised, prioritise tasks and pay good attention to detail.

Applicants will preferably have experience with Microsoft Excel but not essential as full training will be given.
