Staffline is recruiting for Permanent Night Production Operatives for our client's food manufacturing factory, producing pasta meals, in Old Leake.

We have a variety of Production based roles, that although are initially on a temporary contract, are for candidates looking for Permanent positions. The client is offering fixed shift patterns, job security and opportunities for progression for the right people!

The rate of pay is £13.27-£14.93 per hour.

This is a full-time role working a fixed 12-hour shift pattern.

The hours are 6pm to 6am, following a continental shift pattern -
- Week One: Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday
- Week Two: Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday

Various roles are available, such as Service operatives, Kettle operatives, Line leaders, and other similar positions.

Roles and departments are determined during the interview process by the site.

Free transport is provided from Boston by the client!

Your Time at Work

Dependant on which area of the business you are matched to, as a Skilled Production Operative, your duties may include:

- Cleaning dollies, euro-bins, and other equipment coming through tray wash
- Loading and operating the cardboard bailer and/or compactor
- Able to safely strip and clean basic equipment and machinery
- Servicing lines with products required
- Preparing products for lines
- Cooking/Slicing/Frying food products for lines
- Removing empty trollies for working lines

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have excellent English communications skills, and all roles require you to be able to load and unload products.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
