We are looking for a Site Security & Operations Centre manager for our corporate client, in Abingdon. You'll be supporting the client's global security team, contribute to and support the international business implementing effective global security programs to mitigate risk, safeguard the organization's employees, intellectual property, integrity, reputation, and physical assets.
Pay: £40,000-£43,000
Hours: 08:30 - 17:30
Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri

Your Time at Work
- Lead and manage a team of 8 Security Operations Centre Operators/Officers in our ESOC (European Security Operations Centre)
- Oversee the continuous monitoring of the European security operations centre. Ensuring effective security monitoring and incident response procedures are implemented.
- Identifies security risks at client sites and develops mitigation strategies.
- Assists in developing and managing the international operations centre capabilities and service provision.
- Supports the GSOC (Global Security Operations Centre) and GSOC team to ensure security business continuity programs are effective and fit for purpose.
- Manages all security systems and technology utilised internationally including service and maintenance schedules with contract service providers.
- Responsible for the operational management, training, and development of the security team.
- Ensuring that the physical security for the site meets contractual and customer requirements.
- Manage the performance of the security team to ensure adherence to all security service level agreements / key performance indicators.
- Ensure accurate records of all security incidents, including detailed security reports are correctly documented and escalated.
- Responsible for maintaining, developing and implementing all site security and SOC policies, procedures and standards along with the collation of associated evidence needed for compliance audits.
