Staffline is recruiting an HR Administrator to work with our client - a leading national bakery based in Milton Keynes.

The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:

- 8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

As a HR Administrator, your duties include:

- Acting as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
- Maintaining personnel records and managing HR documents
- Updating internal databases.
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect HR Administrator will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise important projects.

You will have strong phone, email, computer literacy, and in-person communication skills.

Experience in a similar role is required.
