We are seeking warehouse operatives/FLT drivers with a valid counterbalance license to join our team at a new, modern warehouse in the Rugby area. The role offers a choice of AM shifts from 6am to 2pm or PM shifts from 2pm to 10pm, Tuesday to Saturday, with the potential to move to 5 days out of 7 in the future.
Pay rates:
- AM shift: £12.38/hour
- PM shift: £12.72/hour
- Overtime is paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours.
- A £150 bonus is paid monthly to all FLT drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, wrapping, and labelling products
- Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
- Checking and confirming loads for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Assisting in all areas of the warehouse as needed to meet daily operational requirements
