Staffline is recruiting for a Production Line Leader with our client - A Leading National Bakery.

The rate of pay is £14.30 per hour for the day shift and £16.80 per hour for the night shift.

This is a full-time role, working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am

Experience in a similar role is required.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Line Leader, your duties include:

- Motivating a team of people to meet production targets
- Ensuring the final product meets client specifications
- Assigning workers production line tasks
- Optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
- Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner
- Training and supervising new production line workers
- Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Some heavy lifting might be involved.

Our perfect Production Line Leader will have great leadership skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a similar role is required.
