We have a great opportunity to join the team as a Front of House Officer in Newbury.
The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour.
This is a full-time role. You will be working a 50 hour week. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00.
Your Time at Work
As a Front of House Officer your duties will include:
- Represent the client and provide excellent customer service in meeting and greeting staff and visitors.
- Review and manage all visitors and guests who attend site and ensure their experience is always positive.
- Efficiently manage e-mail requests throughout the day
- Manage and maintain the local access card process for all staff members visiting and based on site.
- Ability to deal with situations and incidents in a calm, confident and professional manner.
- Confidently assess and escalate incidents and emergencies as appropriate.
- Excellent report writing skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Various admin tasks at the direction of the site supervisor
- Any additional tasks requested by operational management including patrols and adhoc tasks.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Front of House Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times.
It would be a benefit to have some security experience and your SIA licence, however, it's not essential, as we provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence training.
You must have a good computer skills and be able to use Microsoft XL and Word.
You must drive and have access to your own transport.
