Type of Job: Temporary

To clean and decontaminate mattresses and cushions, to stringent Health & Safety
guideline. This can include equipment which has been in contact with COVID-19 infected Service Users.
? Once equipment has been cleaned and decontaminated, then there is a requirement to
transport these bulky items to our mattress drying room.
? Ensure the correct colour coded PPE is worn in the appropriate areas as required.
? Ensure all collected equipment serial numbers and asset numbers are logged correctly,
throughout the process stages, communicating with the Sales Administrator daily.
? Complete all relevant certificates and paperwork as required.
? Ensure the daily work schedule is followed appropriately, so that required equipment is
ready for the Drivers on the correct days.
? Ensure the maintenance, servicing and calibration of all operating equipment is current
before use.
? To provide cover in other operational areas as required.
? Adherence to the uniform policy including the use of safety boots.
? To undertake general cleaning tasks within the business unit.
? To aid within the warehouse, in controlling stock input, delivering to customers, and sending
deliveries via couriers when required.
A driving license is a must and candidates must be willing to go on an on-call rota, whereby they cover out of hours call outs for 1 week (7 days) in 6, with a £70 per week payment.

Your Time at Work
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5pm, 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.

We're looking for someone who is going to be hard working, happy to be lifting up to 15-20KG mattresses. We need this candidate to also be reliable and and dedicated to this job role.
