Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's key partner for a global third-party logistics provider.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Wellingborough.

The rate of pay is:
- PM Monday-Friday 1400-2200, Basic rate £12.27 per hour, Overtime £18.41 per hour
- Nights Monday-Friday 1800-0200, Basic rate £14.73 per hour, Overtime £22.10 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, the hours of work are:

- 2pm to 10pm
- 6pm to 2am

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

- Picking, packing, and sorting goods.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Conducting inventory checks and managing stock control.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Performing moderate heavy lifting, ensuring safe handling of materials.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Warehouse Operative will show strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Applicants will have the physical capability to perform moderate heavy lifting while showing their commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
