We have a great opportunity to join the team as a Security Officer in New Malden.

This is a part time security officer position and the rate of pay is £11.44 an hour. This means you need to be flexible to work Monday to Sunday, as well as covering day, night shifts and predominately weekends.

Due to the enhanced screening required for this position, you must have been resident in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer your duties will include:

- Meet and greeting staff and visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocols
- Conducting searches where required
- Patrolling the premises
- Dealing with security incidents and following up with reports
- Gatehouse duties

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.

You must be flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern which will include days, nights and weekends.

It would be a benefit to have some security experience and your SIA licence.

You must drive and have access to your own transport.
