G4S have an exciting opportunity to join their team in Slough, as a Remote Monitoring Centre Control Room Manager.

The role will be based at a well known data centre in the area, covering the CCTV patrols, audits and compliance checks for the nationwide account. As a manager, you will also be supporting the control room team on site and ensuring that they are meeting the customer standard at all times.

The position is a full time, permanent contract working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday day shifts.

The role is £40,000 per annum.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have over 2 years experience in a similar role and also hold a Door Supervisor or Security Guarding SIA license and a SIA CCTV license.

Your Time at Work
- Managing alarm activations, across numerous locations nationwide
- CCTV patrols
- CCTV audits
- Compliance checks
- Report writing
- Managing the control room team
- Liasing with the on site customer and wide security management in regards to security

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. A good IT knowledge is also key.

Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding license, as well as a SIA CCTV license.

Over 2 years experience in a similar position.
