Apply today to work as a Line Leader for our client which comprises a total of seven individually designed state-of-the-art cold storage facilities, capable of storing over 168,000 pallets of frozen produce at any one time.
Staffline is recruiting Line Leaders in Boroughbridge, York (YO51 9NN).
The rate of pay is £11.75 per hour.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 7am till 4pm (please note this may change)
Your Time at Work
As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring safety of the Compleat team within the RB working environment.
- Working alongside the Compleat Ops Manager to ensure delivery of the daily date-coding plan.
- Complying with technical requirements, inclusive of: traceability documentation; area & product temperature checks; date code print quality checks; tray end label printing/verification/reconciliation; line clearance; and library sample collation.
- Knowledge of running & maintaining inkjet printers online.
- Capturing waste numbers & identify root cause.

Our perfect worker will have good communication skills verbal and literal. You will be punctual and reliable.
You will need to have previous experience in a Line Leader role.
