Great opportunity to work as a Gatehouse Administrator for a leading logistics company that supplies worldwide manufacturers of construction and agricultural equipment.

Staffline is recruiting Administrators to work in the Gatehouse at Uttoxeter.

The rate of pay is £14.03 per hour.

Overtime maybe available at this site after working 39 hours in a week and is paid at £18.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, the hours of work are:
- Monday to Thursday 11am - 8pm
- Friday 11am to 4pm

Please note there will be 4 weeks of training.

Your Time at Work

As an Administrator at this site, your duties include:

- Completion of KPIs and reports into the customer system
- Stock ordering
- Discrepancy escalations
- Managing inbound deliveries
- Handling supplier paperwork
- Booking onto the customer's inventory systems
- Based in customer gatehouse
- Admin intensive
- Investigating parked invoices relating to deliveries into the Business Unit
- Working closely with the customer
- Minor finance experience advantageous
- Immediate start
- Excel & SAP experience desirable

This role may involve some manual handling, standing for long periods, and walking around the site to liaise with incoming deliveries and the logistics team.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Administrator will have good communication and computer skills. You must be happy to be on your feet for the duration of the shift as there is a lot of walking in this role.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
