Your Role: Engineering Projects & Reliability Lead

As an Engineering Projects & Reliability Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in boosting our engineering and operational efficiency through cutting-edge projects.

You will:

  • Lead CAPEX and reliability-focused projects to improve machine performance and reduce downtime
  • Deliver continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies
  • Analyze maintenance data and develop KPIs to enhance equipment reliability
  • Provide technical engineering support for troubleshooting and optimizing processes
  • Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from design to installation and commissioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Spearhead the maintenance reliability plan and ensure compliance with engineering standards

What We’re Looking For: Engineering Projects & Reliability Lead

  • Engineering degree or equivalent (HNC/NVQ Level 3)
  • Experience in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Proven track record in managing engineering projects and reliability improvement initiatives
  • Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Knowledge of engineering standards, project management tools, and process optimization

Bonus Skills:

  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2 or similar)
