Production Operative - Fixed PM Shift

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our clients busy site processing pork meat into gammon for Wholesale customers

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in Bugle.

The rate of pay is £12 per hour.

Overtime is available at this site and is paid at £18 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, the hours of work are:
- 2:25pm to 10:35pm

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

- Working in a chilled environment
- Delivering excellent quality packed products safely and efficiently to meet our customers and
technical standard
- Sealing products for packing
- Ensuring quality is maintained
- Support the delivery of key performance targets within your area, ensuring attention to detail and
that procedures are followed
- Act as a role model and lead by example demonstrating core company values, behaviors, and
high-performance standards
- Provide cover for other areas

There will be an expectation of the delivery of key targets in your area.

Our Perfect Worker

As a Production Operative you will be punctual and reliable, and be able to work alone or as part of the team.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
