Warehouse Operative - Rework Department

Location: Starting in Lutterworth Magna Park for training, moving to Ryton (outskirts of Coventry)
Pay Rate: £13.16 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Duration: Ongoing position

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Rework Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing employment with a competitive pay rate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Rework and repackage products as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

What We Offer:
- A pay rate of £13.16 per hour.
- Consistent Monday to Friday schedule with afternoon to evening shifts.
- One week of paid training at Lutterworth Magna Park.
- An ongoing role with the team relocating to Ryton, on the outskirts of Coventry, after training.

Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
