Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Basingstoke.

This is a full-time role, working fixed night shifts and the hours of work are:
- 9pm to 6am

The rate of pay is:
- During the probation period: £13.48 to £16.25 per hour (based on performance)
- After probation period: £13.48 per hour + Weekly performance bonus.

Overtime is available after the probation period - The overtime rate (paid every 4 weeks) - is £19.47 per hour.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will use mechanical handling equipment to transport products to the assembly areas. Your duties will include:

- Picking and packing
- Get products ready to be shipped
- Maintain a clean working environment

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative can work accurately and meet targets. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Colleagues must be physically fit to lift heavy goods.

This role is performance-based, so experience of working as a Warehouse Operative would be ideal; however, full training will be provided.

Basic numeracy, literacy, and computer skills are essential. Knowledge of warehouse operations and Health & Safety would be beneficial in this role.
