Customer Service Representative - Heathrow

Apply today to work as a Customer Service Representative in Heathrow for our client - Scot Group Ltd which operates the Thrifty rental brand in the UK and is the largest private owned rental company in the UK today.

The rate of pay is £23,479.89 per year!

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, the hours of work are:
- 7am to 7pm
- 9am to 9pm

You must hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.

Your Time at Work
As a Customer Service Representative, you will look after our customers and their rental arrangements face-to-face and over the telephone. This position has opportunities to gain commission for successfully upselling our long-term rentals.

Our perfect Customer Service Representative will be a hardworking individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment while showing great attention to detail.

You will have excellent customer service and communication skills and ideally, you will have worked in the service industry.

You must hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
