Patrol & Response Officer
We are currently recruiting for an opportunity to join the Patrol and Response team in the Leeds area, as a Patrol & Response Officer. This role will be covering different locations and will include, East Yorkshire, Leeds, Bradford, Halifax and Wakefield.
The role will require you to drive to numerous sites, with the responsibilities of key holding, unlocking/locking premises and responsding to alarm activations.
As you will be driving for this position, you will need to hold a full, clean manual UK driving license.
The working hours are 48 hours per week, covering days, nights and weekends. You will need to be available for any shift, Monday to Sunday.
Your Time at Work
As an Patrol & Response Officer, you'll ensure the safety of our customers' staff, their buildings, and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.
Other duties will include:
Key holding responsibilities - locking and unlocking premises
Responding to alarm activation
De-escalation on site if there is a security breach
Liaising with the relevant authorities when required
Report writing
Liaising with the control centre
Our Perfect Worker
You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.
You will also need to hold a full UK manual driving license.
It would be a benefit to have some security experience and your SIA license, however, it's not essential, as we provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) license training.
