Staffline are recruiting 12 x HGV Class 1 day/night drivers with immediate starts for our client based at their Crick DIRFT distribution center. Assessments in August. Ongoing work from September 2024. Must have minimum 12 months Class 1 experience.

Shift patterns across the 7 days, with regular work at weekends available if preferred.

PAYE pay rates for the role of HGV CLASS 1 driver are as follows:

- Monday to Friday (Days/Nights) - £16.80 per hour
- Monday to Friday (Overtime/daily) - £25.20 per hour
- Saturday - £25.20 per hour
- Sunday - £25.20 per hour
- 9.6 hours Guaranteed per shift

Shifts available start times between 0400 - 0700 and 1600 - 1900

Your Time at Work
As an HGV 1 driver, the work will involve a mixture of both trunking and retail deliveries to our client's bespoke outlets and RDC's however the work is largely trunking. This site operates all year round and will provide each driver with a long term ongoing assignment. In return for your commitment we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you. Occasional weekend work also available for candidates that want it.

All positions are subject to completion of a site-specific assessment/induction including pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Our Perfect Worker
As an HGV LGV Class 1 driver, you will have -

- 12 months experience C+E Licence category held
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DCPC
